Our History
St Bede C of E Primary Multi Academy Trust has a strong educational history driven by the founders of the Trust, Mr Jack Hatch O.B.E and Mrs June Roberts. Both leaders worked tirelessly side by side to create the Trust of today, encompassing educational excellence with community spirit as well as creating rich and varied opportunities for the children and staff within their care.
Mrs Sarah Bagshaw as C.E O and Mrs Sarah Rostron as C.O.O. have worked closely with Mr Hatch and Mrs Roberts in a senior capacity for over 10 years. They recognise that this formula for success works and continues to drive the Trust forward
Our Church of England Trust, contains a non-faith Academy and a Church of England Academy, all that we do is led by our strong faith. We are committed to providing a stimulating and motivating curriculum, designed around our Christian vision and values, to ensure that children are encouraged to be positive, resilient and independent in their learning.
As a small Multi Academy Trust, we can offer a bespoke support service for each school and the pupils they serve. We want to inspire a love of learning that will enable children to achieve their dream career in the future.
The St Bede Trust includes, OfstedOutstanding St Bede Primary Academy and Tonge Moor Primary Academy, and works in collaboration with a childcare charity that has several Outstanding Early Years settings within the North West. The organisation has well over 1,000 children in its care. It is our ambition that every child has access to outstanding care and education
